This policy covers raeliebach.com and the services offered through it. It explains what I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do about it.
The site is run by Raelie Bach, a sole proprietorship based in Arizona, United States. You can reach me at [email protected] about anything on this page.
What I collect
When you fill in a form or take the Exhaustion Audit. Your name, your email address, your answers to the audit questions, the scores calculated from those answers, and the time zone your browser reports. You choose to give me all of this.
When you email me or book a call. Whatever you write, plus the scheduling details.
When you become a client. Session recordings and transcripts, with your knowledge and consent, along with notes I keep about our work. This is covered in more detail in your coaching agreement.
Automatically, when you visit. Standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived. I don’t use a third party analytics tool.
What I do with it
Show you your audit results and send you a copy
Send you the email series you signed up for, and occasional writing about this work
Respond to you when you get in touch
Deliver coaching if you become a client
Understand which parts of the site are useful
I don't sell your information. I don't share it with advertisers. I don't trade mailing lists.
Who else touches it
Running a practice means using other companies' software, and your information passes through some of it:
Katalyst CRM — stores contact records and sends email
Katalyst CRM — books calls
Zoom — hosts sessions
Fathom — records and transcribes client sessions
Stripe — handles payments. I never see or store your full card details.
Each has its own privacy policy. I pick tools I'm willing to stand behind, and I give them the minimum they need.
You get email from me because you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and using it costs you nothing else — you're welcome back any time. If you'd rather I deleted your address entirely rather than just stopping, say so and I'll do that.
The audit specifically
The Exhaustion Audit is a reflection tool. It isn't a clinical or diagnostic assessment, and your results aren't a medical opinion. Your answers and scores are stored on your contact record so I can send your results and so our conversation can start from something real. I don't publish individual results and I don't share them with anyone.
If I ever write about patterns across many people's results, it will be in aggregate, with nothing that could identify anyone.
How long I keep things
Contact and audit records stay until you ask me to remove them, or until three years of no contact, whichever comes first.
Session recordings and transcripts are kept for up to twelve months, and often deleted sooner.
My own notes about our work are kept for up to six months after our engagement ends.
Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
What you can ask for
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask me to:
Tell you what I hold about you
Correct anything wrong
Delete it
Stop emailing you
Send you a copy of what you gave me
Email [email protected] and I'll handle it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
If you're in California, the CCPA gives you these rights formally, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. I don't sell personal information as that law defines it.
If you're in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you these rights too. My lawful basis is your consent for marketing email, and legitimate interest or contract for everything else. You can withdraw consent whenever you like, and you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections, and the platforms I use hold your information on their own secured systems. No method of transmission is completely secure, and I won't pretend otherwise, but I don't collect more than I need and I don't keep it longer than I should.
Children
This work is for adults. The site isn't aimed at anyone under 18 and I don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has given me information, tell me and I'll delete it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep it working and to understand how it's used. Your browser can block or delete them, though some parts of the site may not behave properly if you do.
Changes
If this policy changes I'll update the date at the top. Substantial changes affecting how I handle information you've already given me will be emailed to you.
